Payments made to CYNVEXA (SMC-Private) Limited are non-refundable, except where explicitly agreed in writing.
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate payment
Payment made in error
Service not initiated due to fault solely attributable to CYNVEXA
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
• Advance payments are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
Without refund clarity, Kuickpay may object again.
